Gleneagle came to us looking for a Christmas story that would be relevant to the current climate and also offer a hopefully message to their audience. Coming to us they already had an idea about the story direction that we were able to expand on and create a vision for.
Gleneagle Hotel Group
Gleneagle groups vision was to create a piece all about reuniting families. They wanted something that would really touch the heart of their audience.
Using the covid situation our concept was to really focus on the emotion and hope from a child's perspective.
For this production a lot of planning and preparation went into the piece. We started a day before filming for set design and props with a lot of help and marketing team at the Gleneagle. Together we worked on the setup and feel for each scene and a breakdown of the shots needed. Before we even got to this stage we went through several concept meetings and discussions for the story and overall feel for the production. On the day of shooting it was a busy schedule with each shot been back to back and set changes happening at the exact same time. I was directing and also doing the camera work for the production I got to show my clients my vision in each shot as they where on site for filming,
